There’s a soundtrack behind every forest I create, even if you can’t hear it yet.

I don’t know about you, but I love music. Some days it’s what keeps me moving forward; on others, it’s my best friend and we hold a concert regardless of who’s around (sorry not sorry, babe — I’m ordering you earplugs right away, lol).
It got me thinking about musicals and movies built around soundtracks, like Mamma Mia. I find them fascinating — not just for the spectacle, but for all the individual parts that come together to form that intricate masterpiece of musical joy.
Writing this book has given me such a new respect for set designers and all the people who make the puzzle pieces fit. It’s amazing how something as simple as sunlight through a window during a breakfast scene can make everything click — but only if it’s the right light, at the right angle, in the right moment. The way people think like that? That’s art.
There’s no deep reason for this blog — just a bit of music, a bit of wonder, and maybe a few hidden clues for what’s coming down the road.
That’s all for today’s concert—though if you listen closely, you might just hear the next story humming in the background. 🎶
